• You can find the agreements that we are using for the Pandemic Response Commons here. They are based upon the Open Commons Consortium (OCC) agreements. The OCC agreement are used for the BloodPAC Consortium and have been signed by over 25 companies, university, not-for-profits and US government agencies since 2016.
• The Pandemic Response Commons consists of contributors that provide financial or kind contributions and members that sign the consortium agreements and participate through Working Groups.
