Set up your GEN3 Workspace with $300 <\/b>free trial Google credits<\/strong><\/h1>\n

If you’ve never logged into the Google Cloud Platform (GCP) console to set up billing, you are eligible for $300 in free GCP credits. Step-by-step instructions for how to access the credits can be found here. <\/span><\/p>\n

The first step is to set up a Google Cloud Billing account using your Organization or personal google account ID in the GCP console.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a01.1.<\/b>\u00a0 Go to the GCP console at <\/span>https:\/\/console.cloud.google.com\/<\/span><\/a> If you haven’t already set up a Google Cloud Billing account, you’ll be greeted with an invitation to activate your free trial in the banner at the top of the page:\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

1.2.<\/b>\u00a0 Click the activate button and follow the instructions to sign up for a Cloud Billing account and get your credits.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

1.2.a. Give appropriate details asked for Organization. Once done click the checkbox and continue.<\/span><\/p>\n

1.2.b. In this step you’ll need to verify you’re a person with a one-time verification sent to a cell phone.<\/span><\/p>\n

1.2.c. Give account type, business name and credit card, PayPal account or bank account to verify your identity. Google will notify you before your credits expire and will not charge your credit card without your direct permission.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

1.3.<\/strong> You can\u00a0verify<\/strong>\u00a0the Google Cloud Billing account in the\u00a0Billing page<\/a><\/span>. You should see\u00a0My Billing Account<\/strong>\u00a0in the top left. That’s your new Google Cloud Billing account!<\/p>\n

1.4. Steps to follow to get Google App Client ID and Client Secret<\/strong><\/p>\n

1.4.a. Login to\u00a0Google Developer Console<\/a>using your Google account credentials.<\/p>\n

1.4.b. From \u201cSelect a project\u201d on top header bar , click on your project. If you dont see any projects create a new project.<\/p>\n

1.4.d. On \u201cOAuth consent screen<\/strong>\u201d, Choose\u00a0User Type<\/strong>\u00a0as per your requirement and click on\u00a0Create<\/strong>\u00a0button to process further.<\/p>\n

\"\" 1.4.e. Add\u00a0Application name,\u00a0<\/strong>select\u00a0Support email,<\/strong>add\u00a0Authorized domain\u00a0<\/strong>and\u00a0Developer Content Information.\u00a0<\/strong>Then click on the\u00a0Save and Continue<\/strong>button.<\/p>\n
