They are based upon the Open Commons Consortium (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.occ-data.org\/\">OCC<\/a>) agreements.  The OCC agreement are used for the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bloodpac.org\/\">BloodPAC<\/a> Consortium and have been signed by over  25 companies, university, not-for-profits and US government agencies since 2016. <\/li><li>The Pandemic Response Commons consists of contributors that provide financial or kind contributions and members that sign the consortium agreements and participate through <a href=\"https:\/\/pandemicresponsecommons.org\/working-groups\/\">Working Groups<\/a>.<\/li><\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>You can find our principles for open and FAIR data, open source software, participant partnered research, open access publications and related principles to support open and reproducible science here.
