{"id":159,"date":"2020-04-12T13:19:02","date_gmt":"2020-04-12T13:19:02","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/pandemicresponsecommons.org\/?page_id=159"},"modified":"2020-04-12T13:19:02","modified_gmt":"2020-04-12T13:19:02","slug":"covid-19-commons","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/pandemicresponsecommons.org\/?page_id=159","title":{"rendered":"COVID-19 Commons"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>The focus of the Pandemic Response Commons Consortium is to build data commons to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>improve health outcomes for COVID-19 patients by gathering and sharing COVID-19 data through the Pandemic Response Commons Consortium, while respecting the privacy of those contributing the data and all required security, compliance, legal and regulatory requirements.<\/li><li>improve our understanding of the effectiveness of mitigation strategies and back-to-work strategies by gathering and sharing relevant data<\/li><li>improving near-term COVID-19 diagnostics and therapeutics by providing COVID-19 researchers with cloud-based workspaces with COVID-19 data and data analysis and computation tools.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The Pandemic Response Commons will be <strong>persistent<\/strong> so that it will be available for the next epidemic or pandemic.
